PLEASE NOTE: JUMP TO FUN DOES NOT TAKE DEPOSITS. WE DO REQUIRE PAYMENT 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE AS WE HAVE A WAITING LIST JUNE THROUGH AUGUST. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING A RESERVATION THAT IS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT, PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME YOU SCHEDULE.
ALL OF OUR BOUNCE HOUSES AND SLIDES CAN BE SET UP INDOORS SUCH AS CHURCHES AND AUDITORIUMS IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER.
Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Please notify us if your jumper is filled with mudd, leaves, sticks or any other objects. Due to us being a pick up company and not a delivery company, it is the customer's responsibility to keep the jumpers clean after use. We charge a $75 cleaning fee.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Our blowers have a 25' cord attached. Idealy, you want to try to keep your location 75' from the inflatable.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: Most parks do NOT have electricity but some do. It is your responsibility to check the park for outlets. If you want to set up at a park, you may need a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Visa, Mastercard,Discover, and American Express.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: No. Full payment is due 10 days prior to your rental.
Q: How big are the jumps?
A: Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Q: What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A: Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: Our Jumpers can be set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Jumpers can´t be set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl. A tarp is required for all surfaces except grass. We can provide one if you do not have one.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. Please do not attempt to repair any of our inflatables. Please call us if you see a large hole or something that could cause the unit to be unsafe. No duct tape!!!!
Our office hours are from 9 AM-6 PM. All of our rentals are rented out between 9 AM-10 AM and returned the following day between 9AM- 10:00. We do not do evening returns as we are not a store have specifice pick up and drop off times.
We do make exceptions for corpoate and school events. Also, if your rental is Monday through Thursday we have more flexibillity during those days.
PLEASE NOTE THE CUSTOMER SHARES RESPONSIBILITY IN HELPING LOAD OUR RENTALS IN YOUR VEHICLE OR TRAILER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DURING THIS PROCESS.
NO REFUNDS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR RENTAL DATE. NO REFUNDS AFTER AN INFLATABLE HAS BEEN PICKED UP DUE TO WEATHER. YOU WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT THAT IS GOOD FOR UP TO ONE YEAR.
